New Article in Press on Modest Advice for Research Undergraduates

I have a new article in press that offers recommendations and advice for undergraduates who wish to engage in research before entering graduate school or the work force. Years ago, I read a similar piece directed towards graduate students by Stephen Stearns, which was an important influence on me. My hope is that this new piece will do something similar for the undergraduates. Please share it with your students.
